Rocio Fitzgerald is a former Figure Skating National and International Champion. In addition to her own outstanding skating career, Rocio has coached world and Olympic competitors from Mexico and Israel. Tyler Petropulos is a former NCAA Division I lacrosse player and current Director of Development & Communications at the Red Sox Foundation.
An impressive athlete and a well known figure in sports philanthropy, Tyler grew up in a sports family and started playing lacrosse at age 5. Before becoming a 2 time captain for the women’s lacrosse team at Harvard University, she won the state lacrosse championship with her Mom as Head Coach!
In this episode, Tyler talks about the money skills she learned growing up and how she’s embraced problem solving - on the field and in her career. Plus, Tyler shares how she’s seen momentum in normalizing conversations about mental health in sports.
