Hi, I’m Sheila!

I’m former competitive athlete, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and professor at Georgetown University.

I teach students, professionals, and athletes how to think more clearly about money decisions.

Most financial choices aren’t just about numbers. They happen under pressure, uncertainty and emotion. My work focuses on helping people step back, evaluate their options, and move forward with confidence.

Learning about money is one thing. Deciding what to do is another.

Financial literacy is gaining traction in schools and workplaces. However, most education still focuses on definitions rather than the decision-making skills needed to apply that knowledge in real life.

It’s time to make money decisions you understand.
